The Oregon Association of County Engineers and Surveyors will be providing another in its series of chip seal workshops. This is a continuation of the OACES series of workshops previously hosted by Marion County in 2011, 2013, 2016, and 2019.

These workshops provide a forum for peer presentations to discuss different agency approaches to chip seals. They allow agencies to share what’s working and what’s not working in their pavement management programs, to share ideas, and to provide technical education.

The primary goal of these workshops is to allow agencies to share what they’re doing. Vendors are invited to offer  presentations. Please consider providing a presentation on what your agency is doing with its chip seal program. To sign up to present or participate on a panel, visit: here. To see past presentations and to review past surveys, visit: here or here.

This year’s workshop will be held at the Best Western Hood River, 1108 E Marina Way Hood River, Oregon 97031.
